Dianne Kopczynski

Dianne is Certified Public Accountant and a Manager in the audit department and has over 20 years of auditing experience both in public accounting and the private sector.  Her diverse industry experience includes serving clients in the financial institution, construction, non-profit, information technology products and other for profit industries.  She is also responsible for employee benefit plan audits and internal audit engagements.   She is a Certified Internal Auditor and has extensive experience in internal auditing, internal controls and company processes and procedures.  Although each of these industries maintains a very different set of operational and reporting guidelines and compliance issues, one common thread remains consistent: the need for excellent and reliable service. This is where Dianne excels and demonstrates a measurable difference.

Dianne serves the community as a member of the Executive Committee and Treasurer for the Early Learning Coalition of Manatee County.  She is also on the education and membership committees for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance.  She is a graduate of the Manatee Chamber of Commerce Leadership development program and the RSM McGladrey Leadership Academy.

Dianne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and Florida Bankers Association.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dianne graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in both Accounting and Management.  Dianne relocated to Bradenton in 2005 with her husband Karl and their two kids Joshua and Emily, and currently serves as the Treasurer for their elementary school PTO.
