Rick Hartley

Rick Hartley, CPA, is a partner with Mauldin & Jenkins, Certified Public Accountants, LLC.  Rick received his BBA from Georgia College in 1991 and now lives in Bradenton, Florida with his wife Beth and three children, Megan, Alex and Katie.

Rick joined Mauldin & Jenkins in September, 2003 as a manager in the audit department at the Atlanta office. He became heavily involved in the governmental practice. Rick became a member of Mauldin & Jenkins in September, 2005. Rick has overall responsibility for a portion of the firm’s governmental clients. He provides services in auditing and accounting for several cities, counties and boards of educations in the State of Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

Rick is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association.

Rick is active with the Florida League of Cities, Florida Government Finance Officers Association, Florida Association of Counties, the Florida City Clerks Association, the Florida Association of Public Purchase Officers, the Florida Association of School Business Officials, the Georgia Municipal Association, Association of County Commissioners of Georgia, Georgia Association of School Business Officials, Alabama League of Cities, and the Government Finance Officers Association of Alabama.
