Bob Heuel

A Partner with the Firm, Bob’s focus is individual income tax compliance and planning.  He also works with closely held companies and employee benefit plans.  Those services include the traditional audit, review, and compilation financial reporting, consulting, planning, and tax compliance.  Bob joined Mauldin & Jenkins in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in public accounting.

Bob received a bachelor of arts in psychology from Indiana University in 1993.  He later went back to school for accounting.  When he took the CPA exam in May 2000, he passed all four parts in one setting and placed in the top 10 in the state of Kentucky.

Through the years, Bob has been very active in his community.  He has served on many non-profit boards including as Chair of Our Place Drug and Alcohol Services, Inc., Treasurer of Juvenile Justice Fund, and as a Board member of The Frazer Center.  He has three very active boys.  Bob and his wife have been very involved in their travel soccer and marching band activities.  Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICAP Employee Benefit Plan Quality Center.
