Cecil graduated from the University of North Alabama with his Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration degrees. He has worked for over 30 years in the areas of taxation and attestation services, which include audit and review services. Cecil’s expertise also includes tax return preparation and due diligence engagements regarding the sale and purchase of small to medium-sized businesses. Cecil’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), the past president of the Athens Rotary Club, and the current president of Hospice of Limestone County. Cecil resides in Athens, Alabama.
