David graduated from the University of Alabama with his Bachelor of Accounting. Since then, he has provided tax and business consulting services to privately owned businesses for more than 40 years. He spends considerable time assisting clients with their income tax and estate planning needs, as well as developing business continuation plans for small to medium-sized enterprises. David is also the leader of the firm’s Agriculture team and assists clients in transitioning the farming operation among generations. David’s professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the AICPA Tax & Consulting Divisions, the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), the Estate Planning Council of Huntsville, and the past president of the Athens Rotary Club. David resides in Athens, Alabama, with his wife Leslie. He enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, and spending time with grandchildren.
