Joe is a lawyer and graduated from Grinnell College and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been named one of the 100 top lawyers in Georgia 5 times last in 2023. He has been named the Legal Malpractice  Lawyer of the Year in Georgia 3 times last in 2025; He enjoys cycling, playing basketball, reading history and good times with friends and family. Joe is a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
