Prior to joining Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, Aleisa specialized in the not-for-profit and governmental practice for KPMG, LLP. Aleisa is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Government Finance Manager (CGFM). Aleisa graduated Summa cum Laude from Franklin University. Aleisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Georgia and Ohio Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Aleisa serves on the Georgia Society of CPA’s Not-For-Profit Task Force, and is a member of the Georgia Center for Nonprofits. Aleisa serves on the Advisory Board of the Georgia Foundation for Independent College’s (GFIC). Aleisa serves as a technical reviewer and committee member for the National Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) in the CAFR certificate of excellence in financial reporting program and is a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA). In addition, Aleisa is a member of the National and Southern Associations of College and University Business Officers Associations (NACUBO and SACUBO).
