Allison began her career in 2004 at a Big Four accounting firm. Since the start of her career, she has focused on performing audits and reviews in the energy and construction sectors as well as in the employee benefit plan industry.

She is an active member of the Nicholls State recruiting team. In this role, she sits on panels and does presentations for students to educate them about her profession and the firm. She is also passionate about outreach to high school and middle school students to educate them about her profession to ensure there is a larger pipeline of CPAs in the future. She is the recipient of the Women to Watch Emerging Leader Award for 2024 and a 2024 graduate of Leadership Terrebonne.

She lives in Houma, LA, with her husband, Matt, and daughters, Katherine and Alexandra.
