Brian is a director in the Governmental Practice of Mauldin & Jenkins, working with state and local government agencies and education institutions throughout the southeast. Services provided to clients include traditional audit and attest engagements as well as internal control and process consulting.

Brian received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia College and State University. Brian started his career in 2015 in the firm’s Macon office of Mauldin & Jenkins and relocated to the Columbia office in 2018.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA). Brian periodically presents for the Government Finance Officers Association of South Carolina (GFOASC), the South Carolina Association of School Board Officers (SCASBO), and SCACPA.

Brian currently resides in Lexington, South Carolina, with his wife, Paige, where they are active members of Emmaus Church. Brian and Paige have two daughters, Libby and Annie.
