Brian is a Partner at Mauldin & Jenkins, specializing in the Governmental and Edcuation sector. His comprehensive experience spans a diverse range of state and local governmental organizations, including cities, counties, education systems (K-12 and higher education institutions), and other special purpose entities. He dedicates 100% of his practice to serving state and local governments across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, ensuring clients successfully navigate the requirements of the new reporting model. Brian provides a wide variety of services including traditional audit and attest engagements as well as internal control and process consulting.

Brian began his career in the Macon, Georgia, office and has been based in the Columbia, South Carolina, office for the past nine years. He periodically presents for the Government Finance Officers Association of South Carolina (GFOASC), the South Carolina Association of School Board Officers (SCASBO) and SCACPA.

Brian currently resides in Lexington, South Carolina, with his wife, Paige, where they are active members of Emmaus Church. Brian and Paige have three daughters, Libby, Annie and Greer.
