Chav leads a team of professionals providing a wide range of compliance and consultative tax services, including preparation and filing of state, federal, and international tax returns, business acquisitions and dispositions, structuring of business transactions, and tax accounting methods.

Chav’s business valuation experience covers a variety of industries and purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, marital dissolutions, and buy/sell agreements. He provides strategic planning, cash-flow management, and corporate coaching to his clients. In addition, Chav’s litigation experience includes providing forensic accounting services in cases involving business valuation, business interruption, divorce, lost wages, fraud investigations, and insurance matters.

He assists clients by guiding them through the process of selling their businesses and understanding the tax or personal implications of the sale. He also helps business owners review and understand their financial statements so they can maximize the value from the sale.
