Claire Weaver, CPA, is a Director at Mauldin & Jenkins. She previously was a tax partner at a Top Six CPA firm. She has extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, families with multigenerational wealth, and family offices. She develops forward-thinking, custom solutions for every client. She is involved in succession planning, estate planning, wealth preservation, the administration of estates, and the preparation and review of estate, trust, gift, business, and individual tax returns.

Claire provides a holistic, integrated experience for each individual or family, developing and implementing optimized tax strategies to save clients time and money. She understands the unique dynamics of family enterprises and provides forward-thinking consulting on how to mitigate issues. Claire routinely connects clients with other professionals across the firm who can help protect and enhance the clients’ values. 

Claire is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). She served as the past president of the York County Estate Planning Council and was a board member of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils. 

Claire has served on many boards, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central PA (President), the Easter Seals Society, and the Wellspan Advisory Board. Claire was given the Woman of Influence award by the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal.
