Eric served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LaPorte, APAC from December 2021 through November 2025, leading the firm with its merger into Mauldin and Jenkins. Prior to his role as CEO, Eric was a Director in LaPorte’s Audit and Assurance Practice, where he provided services primarily for community banks, local governmental entities and Nonprofit organizations.

Eric was a faculty member of the 10,000 Small Businesses Program, funded by Goldman Sachs, and was an Adjunct Professor in the Healthcare Management Program at the University of New Orleans.

In addition to his professional and civic activities, Eric is a life-long member of the Metal Militia and the KISS army. Horns Up!
