Ethan Allen, CPA, has worked in public accounting in Louisiana since 2015, specializing in advanced federal and multistate taxation for corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals. He advises clients on complex entity structuring, reorganizations, ownership transitions, basis and distribution planning, and multi-entity strategy. His client base spans construction, financial institutions, real estate, and professional services.

Ethan earned both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting from Louisiana State University. He is a member of the AICPA and LCPA and serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Baton Rouge Blues Festival & Foundation. Outside of work, Ethan remains engaged in the Baton Rouge music community, where he supports local events and assists with festival planning and community initiatives.
