Frank began his career in public accounting in 2002 with a degree in International Business from the Fachhochschule Furtwangen in Germany. Over the years, he has gained extensive insight and experience auditing SEC registrants across various industries.

He is highly experienced in auditing healthcare providers, charter schools, and nonprofit organizations, with deep expertise in compliance under Uniform Guidance, quasi‑public requirements, and internal controls over financial reporting. Frank delivers audit and assurance services while also providing strategic advisory support—helping clients implement new standards, navigate policy elections, and anticipate the impact of regulatory changes on reimbursement and operations.

A frequent speaker at conferences and contributor to professional forums, Frank offers thought leadership on healthcare accounting issues, clarifying evolving standards and policy shifts. His insights help organizations operate confidently in a highly regulated environment while strengthening governance and transparency. Frank is also passionate about developing future business leaders and promoting financial literacy and critical thinking in the community.

Frank is a Certified Public Accountant, an adjunct professor of accounting at the University of New Orleans, serves on the Education and Financial Literacy Board of the Louisiana Society of CPAs, and participates in several other professional organizations.

Outside of work, Frank and his wife, Joy, enjoy traveling and creating unique experiences. They share a passion for good food and drinks and value the connections and perspectives gained through cultural exchange—whether exploring museums, local markets, or new destinations.
