Nicole began her professional career in 2011. Since then, she has been performing and reviewing financial and compliance audits for nonprofits, including healthcare and quasi-public entities, privately held businesses, and employee benefit plans. She has also provided insight and guidance related to processes and controls for clients who are developing and implementing policies and procedures, and assisted clients with implementation of new accounting pronouncements. Nicole has completed the AICPA’s Not-for-Profit Certificate I program. She was also named the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants 2025 Women to Watch Emerging Leader and a Baton Rouge Business Report 2025 Forty Under 40 Honoree.

Nicole’s healthcare and nonprofit client base includes nonprofit healthcare systems, public sector hospital service districts, foundations, trade associations, chambers, charter schools, and other quasi-public entities. She also has experience assisting in the preparation of financial statements, providing statewide agreed-upon procedures services required in Louisiana, and single audits to these clients when needed.

Nicole’s employee benefit plan clients include 401(k), 403(b), defined benefit, and health and welfare employee benefit plan audits. She also has experience in assessing and providing recommendations for improving plan operations and assisting in the preparation of plan financial statements.
