Robert “Beaux” Martin brings a blend of public accounting experience and real-world executive leadership to Mauldin & Jenkins. After earning his MBA from Nicholls State University in 2015, he began his career providing tax services to individuals and a wide range of businesses, building a strong foundation in compliance, planning, and practical problem-solving with Beyer Stagni just months before merging with LaPorte CPAs and Business Advisors.

He later served as Chief Financial Officer for one of Louisiana’s largest building-products suppliers, overseeing the company’s financial operations and guiding strategic decisions before returning to LaPorte at the beginning of 2025 and merging with Mauldin & Jenkins. This experience gives him a deep understanding of how businesses operate day-to-day, allowing him to offer clients tax advice that is both technically strong and grounded in real-world challenges.

Outside of work, Beaux’s favorite role is being a dad to his daughters, Olivia and Eleanor, and spending time with his wife, Madi. His family recently moved back to Thibodaux to be closer to loved ones, and he’s grateful to raise his children in the community that shaped him. That sense of home and connection motivates the way he serves his clients, and that is with authenticity, care, and a commitment to long-term relationships.
