Ryan began his career at KPMG in 2003 and worked in both domestic and international offices before joining LaPorte in 2016, which later merged into Mauldin & Jenkins. He has provided professional audit services to large multinational clients in accordance with PCAOB and International Standards of Auditing (ISA) requirements and under US GAAP and IFRS, and has successfully coordinated global engagements. Through auditing public companies and going through several PCAOB inspections, Ryan has gained experience identifying financial statement risks and understanding how they are analyzed by regulators.

Ryan provides consulting services, including litigation services. He provides efficient analysis of the financial operations of businesses and the economic losses of individuals in litigation matters and other disputes. He also provides consulting services to assist businesses and individuals with facilitating the growth and efficiency of business operations. His extensive experience as a CPA and an auditor, and working across various-sized companies and industries, allows him to provide objective guidance in his analyses. Ryan’s experience as a trainer for the firm, the Society of Louisiana CPAs, and the University of New Orleans has honed his ability to explain complex topics in a way that makes them understandable for various audiences.
