Sarah Franatovich, CPA, is a Partner in Audit and Assurance Services at Mauldin & Jenkins. Beginning her career in 2004, she brings a depth of experience to a broad range of clients with a focus on industries such as dealerships and nonprofit organizations. Sarah focuses on developing a thorough understanding of her clients in order to be proactive in her advisory role, including education on standards and best practices. 

Sarah provides audit and advisory services to automobile and equipment dealerships. She assists clients with compliance, operations, and complex transactions like mergers and acquisitions. In the nonprofit sector, she leads audits, provides internal control reviews, and conducts training for board members. Sarah also leads the firm’s services related to historic tax credits, guiding clients through the cost certification process. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration from the University of New Orleans. 

Sarah is a Certified Public Accountant and holds AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificates I and II, as well as the BoardSource Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting. She maintains memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants.
