Since Terri began her professional career in 1988, she has gained in-depth experience in corporate taxation, IRS audits, and individual tax and compliance planning for individuals and businesses. She has handled tax matters for management companies, transportation companies, pass-through entities, partnerships, LLCs, S corporations, commercial and residential real estate developers, and nonprofit organizations. Terri has proactively worked with many of the firm’s clients in areas such as multistate nexus studies, compensation planning, mergers and acquisitions, real estate cost segregation studies, and federal and state tax credits.

Terri regularly attends tax-related conferences at New York University School of Law, Georgetown Law Center, and Vanderbilt University Law School. She also attends presentations by the American Bar Association. Terri’s client experience includes tax compliance, research, planning, and consulting. Her current clients include several large family groups for which she provides individual and business compliance services, as well as consulting on planning for business structures and general business planning.
