Tracy has been performing audits, reviews, and accounting services for clients in a number of industries for 29 years. She has assisted clients with specialized services such as benchmarking analyses, business combinations, joint ventures, and the implementation of technical pronouncements.

CONSTRUCTION

She serves clients primarily in the fields of non-residential, specialty trades, and oilfield services. She has assisted clients with state contractor license applications. She serves on the Editorial Board for Construction Industry Advisor and On-Site national newsletters.

EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS

She has provided audit services for employee benefit plan clients in various service industries, with net assets up to $100,000,000. These plans include 401(k)’s, profit-sharing plans, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP).

FINANCIAL SERVICES

She has audit experience of investment companies, including private equity funds, where the Fund or its investment advisor is registered with the US SEC. She also performs surprise custody examinations for investment advisory clients in accordance with the provisions of Rules 204(b) and 206(4)-2 of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.

REAL ESTATE

She has experience providing audit and review services for residential and commercial land development, real estate rental, and property management companies.
