Local Accounting Firm Embraces the Spirit of the Season with Salvation Army Angel Tree Initiative

BRADENTON- Mauldin & Jenkins, a Top 100 Certified Public Accounting Firm, embraced the spirit of the holiday season and adopted 15 children through the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program to give back to the community.

Employees had fun planning and shopping for items from the children’s wish lists. From essential items to festive treats, a variety of thoughtful gifts were selected to bring joy and warmth to these special kids this December.

Each of the firm’s 14 locations supports a wide variety of community service and engagement activities throughout the year.

Ali Carter, a Senior Manager leading the office initiative, expressed enthusiasm about the event in an interview. “Participating in the Angel Tree program has been such a rewarding experience. The Salvation Army’s commitment to spreading joy during the holidays highlights the immense impact we can make when we all come together, and I am thankful we had the opportunity to give back to our community.”

Each year, The Salvation Army in Manatee County assists qualified, low-income families with children ranging from newborns to age 12 with Christmas presents.
