Mauldin & Jenkins Named One of Chattanooga’s Best Places to Work 2022 for Third Consecutive Year

Chattanooga, TN, May 6, 2022 Mauldin & Jenkins is thrilled to share that it has been named one of Chattanooga’s Best Places to Work 2022 by EDGE Magazine for its third consecutive year.

EDGE Magazine’s Best Places to Work is a survey and awards program dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers and providing organizations with valuable employee feedback. All Chattanooga employees were included in the survey process.

“As a professional services provider of a wide range of traditional and advisory services to clients throughout the Southeast and nationally, we combine big-firm skills and resources with a local firm feel,” M&J said in its employment report. “There’s simply no better place to work than M&J for anyone serious about growing professionally. (We) value family, community, and a healthy work/life balance. To make that possible, we offer top-notch benefits and a rewarding work environment, so we attract and retain the best and brightest talent.”

M&J Founder Charlie Jenkins said he wanted to “build a firm that will stand the test of time” and “provide opportunities for our people.” Jim Vaughn, a 23-year M&J employee who heads the firm’s Chattanooga office, says Jenkins “believed, and I think Mauldin & Jenkins has embraced, that quality work should always come first, and you hire quality people to do that.”
