Rob Douglas of M&J Named Finalist for ALB Under 40

We are excited to share that Rob Douglas, CPA (Albany) has been named a finalist by the Albany Chamber of Commerce in the city’s annual Albany Under 40 program. Rob joined the Firm in 2011 after obtaining his BBA and MAcc from Georgia Southern University. He has focused his career on the Firm’s Financial Institution and Entrepreneurial Services practices, specializing in audit and tax services for closely-held entities and their owners as well as community banks. His industry experience includes agriculture, manufacturing, dealership, physicians and medical practices, and community banks.

Rob serves as a current Board member of the Artesian City Sertoma Club and Vice President of the Albany Chapter of the Georgia Society of CPAs.  He is also a graduate of Leadership Albany, and he and family are active members of First United Methodist Church. Rob and his wife, Parker Webb Douglas, have a daughter, Rett Elizabeth Douglas.

Albany Under 40 celebrates the area’s emerging professionals in a variety of business sectors. Candidates are successful in their professions and passionate about their community. Under 40 hilites young professionals who have distinguished themselves in their respective industries and are helping create a better community. Finalists were recognized at the Awards Reception held at The Flint, downtown Albany’s newest restaurant.
