Matthew joined the firm in 2023, where he provides outsourced controllership/CFO services, accounting services, and business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. He has over 13 years of public and private accounting experience in the Greater New Orleans area, including external audits, internal audits, and system implementation management. Industry experience includes wholesale distributors, energy, nonprofits, and various other industries.

Matt’s experience includes data analytics and development of Power BI dashboards, operational audits, risk advisory services, and A/P and treasury automation. He also participated in a large, complex two-year implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for an S&P 500 company.

Matt managed all SOX-related procedures for a S&P 500 company, including risk assessments, walkthroughs, and testing. He also managed numerous operational audits, including site visits and ad-hoc projects. In a prior role, Matt worked on outsourced internal audit engagements for multiple SEC filers. Engagements mainly centered around process walkthroughs and control testing.
