This two-day program offers you an opportunity to build valuable leadership and business skills while having fun. You’ll experience in-depth learning sessions focused on a variety of key professional development areas – everything from networking and mentorship to IT trends and industry-specific concerns that affect the accounting world.

It’s real-world learning that shows you accounting careers beyond the classroom; professional development sessions include our staff as well as students like you. But it’s not all serious business. There’s also delicious food, games and plenty of time for socializing with current M&J staff and partners from all eight of our regional offices. M&J’s Summer Leadership Program is open to high-achieving accounting students with a 3.0 or better GPA.
