Frank specializes in helping clients identify and maximize supportable research and development (R&D) tax credits and other incentive opportunities. He has extensive experience assisting privately held businesses across a variety of industries in capturing valuable tax incentives that support innovation and growth.
Before joining Mauldin & Jenkins, Frank worked at Aprio, a Top 25 business advisory firm, where he led federal and state R&D credit studies. He also gained experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he served publicly traded clients on R&D tax incentive engagements.
At Mauldin & Jenkins, Frank partners with clients to navigate the technical and regulatory aspects of R&D tax incentives, helping them document qualifying activities, strengthen compliance, and realize meaningful financial benefits.
Frank is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Game Developers Association. Frank earned undergraduate degrees (Accounting & Finance) from Florida State University and a graduate degree (MAcc) from The University of Alabama.
