Mandy received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the California State University of Fresno. She also graduated with her Master of Taxation from the Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Mandy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
