Nikki is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with expertise spanning client accounting and advisory services and financial statement preparation across diverse industries, including Public Sector, Nonprofit, and Professional Services. In her current practice, she provides critical support in areas such as budgeting, cash management, tax compliance (payroll and sales), and financial reporting (compilation and compliance reports). A key area of her proficiency is in customizing complex accounting systems, notably guiding public sector and nonprofit entities through fund-accounting principles and special reporting requirements.

Beyond client service, Nikki is a leader in modernizing firm operations, having been instrumental in developing the firm’s cloud-based accounting services. She co-champions the Outsourced Accounting Strategic Initiative, where she builds firm expertise in client onboarding, software implementation, and training—leveraging her credentials as a QuickBooks® Certified Online and Desktop ProAdvisor.
