Paul Stuart, CPA, CMA, is a director with Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, in the Chattanooga, TN, office. Paul started with the Firm in 2017. Specializing in tax planning and compliance for closely held businesses, Paul enjoys advising his clients on strategic tax efficiencies and helping them navigate complex tax situations. Areas of experience include real estate development, real estate brokerage, Qualified Opportunity Zone Businesses, financial institutions, professional services, distributors, individuals, and high net worth families. Understanding that each client has unique complexities and goals, Paul works hand-in-hand with the client to deliver solutions tailored to the situation at hand.

Paul has been married to his wife, Erika, since 2017, and they have a beautiful baby girl named Caroline. Paul and Erika are active members at Northshore Fellowship Church. Outside of work, Paul is an avid cyclist and regularly rides with a Chattanooga cycling group named The Bubbas. In addition to cycling, Paul enjoys fishing, running, and traditional woodworking.
