Richard is based out of the Baton Rouge office, where he leads a team of over 25 CAAS professionals in our Louisiana and Texas markets, serving clients in a variety of industries and ranging in size from start-up to large middle-market companies.

He joined the firm in 2018 and provides outsourced controllership/CFO services, outsourced accounting services, and business consulting services to clients in a variety of industries. Richard has over 25 years of public accounting experience in the Greater Baton Rouge area, providing audits, reviews, compilations, and outsourced accounting and advisory services to construction companies, nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, financial institutions, real estate companies, law firms, and various other industries.

As an active participant in a variety of Client Accounting and Advisory Services roundtables and conferences such as the Business Insights Leadership Exchange, CAS Mastermind Peer Group, Boomer Consulting Group’s CAAS Circle, Intuit® Connect events, Digital CPA Conference and Scaling New Heights, he brings forward current trends and best practices for those looking to expand their technology stack or may be in need of outsourced accounting and advisory services.

Richard is a member of the Leadership Livingston Alumni (Class of 2020), Livingston Parish Chamber Leadership Alumni Council, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). He is also treasurer of the Denham Springs Kiwanis Club.
