Ross W. Cannon, CPA, is a Partner in the Private Client Services practice of Mauldin & Jenkins and leads the firm’s healthcare practice. Ross graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from Georgia Southern University in 2006 and began his career with Mauldin & Jenkins shortly after graduation. Ross specializes in providing attestation services primarily for healthcare entities, but also including not-for-profit organizations, affordable housing, higher education, and middle market businesses. Ross also provides accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals, corporations, and partnerships. Ross is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). Ross has served on the Leadership Council and the A&A Advisory Council for the GSCPA. He also serves on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge Georgia and the Georgia Institute on Aging. Ross is also active in the local community, serving as the past area chairman for the Smyrna/Marietta Chapter of Ducks Unlimited and has served as state treasurer for Georgia Ducks Unlimited. He is also a graduate of Leadership Cobb class of 2022. Ross lives with his wife Jennifer in Smyrna.
