This advancement marks an impressive career milestone and reflects the firm’s commitment to recognizing outstanding leadership and client service.

Newly appointed Partners include:
LeAnn Bagasala, CPA: LeAnn, a Partner in the firm’s Raleigh, North Carolina office, brings 15 years of expertise to her clients. She earned her BSBA and MSA from East Carolina University. LeAnn specializes in providing assurance services to various governmental entities, with a particular focus on counties and municipalities in North Carolina and Virginia. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA), and the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA).
Kevin Dodge, CPA: Kevin, a Partner in the firm’s Savannah, Georgia office, specializes in income tax planning and preparation for closely held businesses and individuals, as well as client advisory services. He is a graduate of Berry College and earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from Rider College in 2014. Kevin is an active volunteer with the local YMCA, serving on the board, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA).
Ryan W. Jones, CPA: Ryan, a Partner in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office, started his public accounting career in 2009 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of New Mexico. He has extensive experience working with both government and private sector clients. Since 2020, he has exclusively served state and local governmental entities across the Southeast. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA), the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), and the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association (GGFOA).
Johannes S. Kingma (Joe): Joe, a Partner who serves as the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer, brings over three decades of litigation experience to the role. His practice spans a broad range of issues, including audits, trusts and estates, and tax. Joe has successfully represented auditors before major federal agencies, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the profession’s most prestigious honors. Joe is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
Ben Peterson, CPA: Ben, a Partner in the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office, specializes in serving clients in the Private Client Services Practice. Ben brings extensive expertise in attestation and consulting services for clients in the construction, manufacturing, technology, and finance industries, including private equity-owned companies. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA), the Association of General Contractors (AGC), and the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC).
Jamie Quinn, CPA, CFE: Jamie, a Partner in the firm’s Athens, Alabama office, focuses on tax advising, planning, and preparation for individuals and small businesses. Jamie’s industry experience is diverse, encompassing clients in agri-business, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, and retail. Jamie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Alabama Society of CPAs (ASCPA), the Mississippi Society of CPAs (MSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
Chris Thorpe, CPA: Chris, a Partner in the firm’s North Fulton office, brings over 25 years of expertise in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation to clients. He specializes in guiding closely-held businesses, providing owners with tailored consulting on a variety of business and tax-saving strategies.
