The Department of Treasury released revised Compliance and Reporting guidance for the CSLFRF program this week on their website in order to conform with the Final Rule. It appears there are no changes to the procurement requirements, but there were some changes to the expenditure categories. There are also changes to the reporting requirements, including optional reporting for some capital expenditures before July 2022. Finally, there are also some notations indicating a further revision to the reporting guidance will be forthcoming to encompass changes in the Final Rule as it relates to Broadband projects and Recovery Plan Performance Reports.
