Effective June 1, this acquisition increases Mauldin & Jenkins’ presence to 13 locations distributed throughout the Southeast.
Holland Shipes Pennix has provided exceptional auditing, accounting, tax, and consulting services to individuals and businesses throughout metro Atlanta and is managed by Sean Pennix, CPA, one of the firm’s founders. Pennix has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and joins Mauldin & Jenkins as a partner, along with Dana Boyer. With the acquisition, Mauldin & Jenkins has approximately $80 million in total revenue and over 400 total employees.
