Bradenton, June 10, 2025- Professionals from Mauldin & Jenkins, a leading assurance, tax, and advisory firm, stepped forward to provide hands-on support for Feeding Empty Little Tummies (FELT), a vital community service initiative committed to eliminating childhood hunger.
As part of the 2025 Florida Institute CPA Day of Service, employees volunteered with FELT, where they prepared food-filled backpacks for children. Their involvement provided valuable assistance to FELT, enabling the organization to further its efforts in combating food insecurity and homelessness among children in the local community.
Senior Manager Janice Gore stated, “Working in collaboration with colleagues and fellow CPA’s to provide much needed assistance to the Feeding Empty Little Tummies program was an uplifting and rewarding experience. We enjoyed prepping bookbags for food insecure students in Manatee County. We cannot wait to serve them again later this year!”
