COLUMBIA- Mauldin & Jenkins, a leading provider of assurance, tax and advisory solutions, recently participated in its annual Volunteer Week in collaboration with United Way of the Midlands. From April 10th through April 12th, professionals at Mauldin & Jenkins dedicated their time and efforts to give back to the community through various service projects.
During Volunteer Week, employees in the Columbia offices joined forces with United Way of the Midlands to support Senior Resources’ Meals on Wheels program by packing meals for those in need. Additionally, volunteers from M&J contributed to the Richland Library’s quarterly book drive by receiving, sorting, and loading donated books and materials.
“I enjoy volunteering with the United Way because it provides the opportunity to help people in need,” shared Olga Zeinali, a Manager in the Firm’s Columbia office. “It allows me to work alongside my coworkers outside of our normal office duties, and I enjoy seeing everyone pull together for a worthy cause.”
Through these community service projects, Mauldin & Jenkins demonstrates its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and making a positive difference in local communities.
