THE ATLANTA JOURNAL-CONSTITUTION NAMES MAULDIN & JENKINS A WINNER OF THE ATLANTA TOP WORKPLACES 2020 AWARD

Atlanta, GA- Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces award has helped organizations stand out among their competitors to attract talent,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This differentiation is more important than ever in today’s tight labor market. Establishing a continuous conversation with employees so you have a deep understanding of your unique culture is proven to help achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. No longer is recognition simply a much-deserved cause for celebration, but it’s fast becoming mission-critical to establish a competitive advantage for recruitment and retention.”

Jeff Fucito, Partner in Charge of the Atlanta office, is thrilled with the results. “We are honored to again be selected as a Top Place to Work in Atlanta. It’s a reflection of our staff and Partners working together effectively to create an environment and firm we can all be proud of.”

Here are a few things our employees said about working at M&J:

The culture here is what really makes me feel welcomed every day. From staff to executives and across departments, Mauldin & Jenkins helps you become the best individual you can be. Help is there if you need it as well as encouragement.
– An employee in Less Than Full Time

M&J uses the best software and hardware enabling efficiency and ease to complete work. Opportunities are expansive and available for advancement and learning. Dedicated hard-working group to work with.

I love the people I work with and the flexibility. I feel encouraged and supported every day. I am also given the tools I need to succeed, whether that’s additional training at conferences or additional technology.

Although work-life balance can be difficult sometimes, I feel that overall I’m still able to get a better balance here than most people I know at other firms. The work environment really does operate like a team and everyone pitches in to get the work done. You never feel like you’re the only one putting in long hours when needed.

M&J is a firm that supports both its employees and clients. I have witnessed on multiple occasions where M&J recommends a client action that is best for the client but not as lucrative for the firm. The Firm puts the client first. I have also witnessed the firm care about its employees by implementing a more flexible work schedule and plan to help with a work-life balance and a rapidly changing family life.
